Grazie alla tecnologia più moderna, VERCOS ha reso la costruzione e l'assemblaggio di queste celle un vero "gioco per ragazzi". I pannelli, prodotti al momento con rivestimenti in lamiera zincopreverniciata alimentare, sono di spessore mm 60 per le celle a temperatura positiva e di spessore mm 120 per le celle a bassa temperatura. Importanti plus sono l'ampia gamma modulare, i profili premontati per rendere più semplice e veloce l'installazione. I profili interni arrotondati su pavimento e soffitto, permettono una facile pulizia e garantiscono igiene totale; gli angoli sono monolitici e privi di spigoli. L'unione tra i pannelli avviene per mezzo di ganci sia tra pareti che tra soffitti e basamenti. |
New technology puts a "freeze" on waiting time The new line of commercial cold rooms is designed to guarantee the very best on all fronts. Thanks to the use of leading-edge technology,VERCOS has turned manufacturing and assembly of these units into real child's play. The panels are currently produced with a coating of food-grade pre-painted galvanised sheet, with thickness of 60 mm for cold rooms operating at positive temperatures and 120 mm for low-temperature units. An important plus is the wide modular range with pre-fitted profiles for quick and simple installation. The internal profiles are rounded at the point of contact with floor and ceiling in order to allow easy cleaning and guarantee total hygiene; corners are monolithic and without edges. The panels are joined together using hooks, both between the walls and between ceiling and base. |
